  • QuickCarz provides car rental services with or without a driver, subject to availability.

  • By booking a ride or browsing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking.

  • Payment can be made via UPI, cash, or through approved online gateways.

  • Full or partial advance may be required to confirm the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be eligible for a refund.

  • Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

4. Service Terms

  • Customers must carry valid identification and (where required) a driving license.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be chargeable.

  • QuickCarz is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure.

  • Drivers reserve the right to cancel trips if customer behavior is inappropriate or unsafe.

5. User Conduct

  • Users agree not to misuse the website or services in any way.

  • Any fraudulent activity may result in service termination and legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

QuickCarz will not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays or missed appointments

  • Any indirect or consequential damages
